The acrobat begins her perfect handstand act with a big smile, but after a few blunders, the smile slowly disappears. Will The Amazing Katleen still manage to be worthy of her name? With plenty of humor, she pays tribute to the old circus and to all the mothers who occasionally struggle.
Katleen Ravoet graduated in 2012 from AcaPA in Tilburg as a handstand artist and acrobat. For the last 10 years she has worked as a solo artist in various companies.
Circ Rodini, the company of Katleen Ravoet and Davide Salodini, was founded in 2020 with the aim of creating a common platform for their artistic work. Inspired by the "old circus," Circ Rodini seeks to breathe new life into the past combined with giving attention and meaning to what is happening now.
