A sizzling evening of cabaret filled with spectacular circus acts, sensual burlesque, riveting live music and exuberant popular entertainment.

Bonte Avonden breathes new life into variety and cabaret. Humor, acrobatics, burlesque and music merge into a sizzling spectacle. Led by Jasper D'hondt (15feet6, La Patinoire) and Eline Vyncke (Kelly Above Average, Kelly & Dolly), the boundaries of traditional performing arts are pushed. Spectacular, moving and sometimes a bit naughty - but above all an evening of top entertainment.

In the round

The theatre-in-the-round is a special arrangement, where the stage is at the heart of the space, surrounded by seats. This layout creates a more intense, shared experience between actors and gallery due to its proximity. The audience feels involved differently, by seeing not only the actors, but also each other.

This arrangement was already popular in ancient Greece and still offers an intense experience.

In the new performing arts site, makers will be able to use this In the round setup on a large scale. This is why 30CC is launching this series as a glimpse into the future, but in miniature. For three weeks, we will set up the Predikherenkerk as an In the round theatre, with its own foyer.
