All events cancelled

13/05/2020

In order to slow down the spread of the coronavirus, all our events are cancelled until June 30th.

UPDATE 13.05

In the exit scenarios of the current corona crisis, the National Security Council has forbidden all recreational activities (in culture, sports, etc) until June 30th.
As always, we will strictly follow these directives and cancel all our activities. We will notify each ticket holder personally.

Our ticket desk remains closed.
You can contact us only by phone at 016 300 900, Mondays to Fridays, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Our online sales remain available 24/7.

WHY THIS DECISION?

As a cultural institute, 30CC takes the impact of the coronavirus on public health very seriously. Because our venues are closed rooms where our visitors are seated close together for a long time, it is the only responsible decision to counteract the peak in coronavirus infections. As the cultural centre of Leuven, we work with a very broad audience with a special focus on vulnerable audiences. It is important that we take preventive measures and do not unnecessarily expose them to the risks of the virus.

This is not an easy decision, we only take it in the public interest. We hope for your understanding.

WHICH ACTIVITIES?

This decision applies to all activities of 30CC and in the venues of 30CC.

The measures are an addition to previously announced measures and will be applied until June 30th. They may be extended or modified later on.

WHAT ABOUT YOUR TICKET(S)?

For each activity, we will look at which solution we can offer: refund of tickets or rescheduling of the event. We will inform each ticket holder personally. Ticket holders do not have to take any action themselves for the time being.

WHAT ABOUT EVENTS AFTER JUNE 30TH?

We are monitoring the developments regarding the coronavirus. If additional measures are required, we'll follow up. Keep an eye on our website for the most recent information. We'll inform every visitor well in advance if more events get cancelled.
