New home for our Ticket desk!

After many years in Tweebronnen, the ticket team will move to the iconic Schouwburg next week. From Wednesday 17 April, Leuven's most important stage will be open to the public more than ever before.

This move is an important milestone in our ongoing efforts to improve our services, connect people and lower barriers. From now on, all employees will finally be able to work together in one location. This will ensure a seamless service for visitors wishing to buy tickets or receive information about our wide range of events.

OPEN HOUSE

Besides improved service, we also have the ambition to make the Schouwburg a true third place - an accessible and inspiring place that goes beyond being just a venue for performances.

The Schouwburg is increasingly becoming an open house. You can buy your tickets there, but also have a coffee, just hang out, do your homework, visit the exhibition around 150 years of the Schouwburg or discover the creative youth house Shift.

We like to make the opening of the new ticket desk extra festive with Warm Alarm's letter-writing campaign in the entrance hall, with pop-ups from Onan Coffee & Tea and plant shop Spore Nursery.

MOVE

We are moving the ticket desk from 6 to 16 April.
That week, you will only be able to buy tickets via our website or the ticket phone at 016 27 40 00.
From Wednesday 17 April, the new counter will open its doors to the public.
