Start ticket sales on June 13th

On Saturday, June 13th, at 10 AM, we start the ticket sales for our 2026-2027 programme.

  • We advise you to book your tickets online, which is by far the fastest option. 
  • You're also welcome at our Ticket desk in 30CC/Schouwburg.
  • On this opening day, you cannot make reservations by phone.

Please note that our discounts are not cumulative.

Online tickets

  • To order online, you don't need a login. An e-mail address will do.
  • We use an electronic queue.
    • The application will start automatically when a large number of people visit our website simultaneously. 
    • Stay in the queue!
      Do not click away when you get a status indicator. Do not close or refresh the queuing page.
      If not, you might risk losing your spot in the queue and will need to re-enter at the back of the line.
  • Can't find a show through our search engine? Try the calendar.
  • Do you need more info on an online purchase with the combination discount? Check out the step-by-step plan (PDF).
  • Do you have a European Disability Card (or Begeleiderspas Vlaams-Brabant), but no 30CC-code? Then buy a ticket at the base price. We will refund your discount. On the first day of sales, it will be busy, but we'll gladly help you beforehand or afterwards at our ticket desk or by e-mail.
  • After payment, you'll receive your tickets by email
    In the first hours of sales, there might be a slight delay in receiving your email. Do also check your spam folder.
    Should you not receive the email, please contact our team (see info on this page).
  • You can also find your tickets in the Ticketmatic app (available in Google Play or Apple App Store).
    Log in with the same e-mail address you used to buy your tickets.

These channels are only open for support questions, not for reservations.
We will deploy a maximum number of colleagues, but it might be very busy in the first hours.
We'll try to help everyone as quickly as possible.

At the ticket desk

  • Prepare your purchase. If you wish to buy tickets for several shows, make a list with the titles and exact performances.
    This will speed up the process at the ticket desk. 
  • From 09.00, you will gain access to the entrance hall of the Schouwburg. At 9.00 AM, we will distribute queuing numbers.
  • We start the ticket sales at 10 AM. When it's your turn, our colleague will invite you indoors.
  • There are four ticket desks available, and you'll get 30 minutes to complete your purchase.
  • You can only pay by card or Payconiq.
  • After payment, you can choose to receive your tickets by mail or printed out.
    You can also find your tickets in the Ticketmatic app (available in Google Play or Apple App Store).
    If you like your ticket(s) printed, you'll wait for your turn in the entrance hall until our colleague hands you the ticket(s).
