Fapy Lafertin Quartet

Belgian guitarist Fapy Lafertin is undoubtedly one of the most important and pure representatives of the Django style. He is known for his very delicate and expressive interpretations and can also play the unique twelve-snare Portuguese guitarra.

Belgian musicians of the latest generation assist this guitar maestro of the gipsy jazz world in his newest original project: Alexandre Tripodi on violin, Renaud Dardenne (Les violons de Bruxelles) on guitar and Cédric Raymond (Tcha Limberger, Toots Thielemans, …) op double bass. With a high level of finesse, they perform a repertoire of swing, choro and their own compositions, full of diverse and surprising soundscapes.
