Het Collectief is one of Belgium’s top ensembles for 20^th-century music. To celebrate their 25^th anniversary, they present works by a few Belgian top composers who had their finger on the pulse of European culture and even played a determining role in it.

With a few gems by contemporary composers, we also give a voice to the new generation of Belgium’s rich musical tradition.

In its repertoire, Het Collectief focuses especially on the roots of modernism, and this completely Belgian programme is no exception. By consistently working with the same five musicians, they have developed their own intriguing sound.
