Versatile is one word to describe American singer-songwriter Dayna Kurtz. She covers a broad spectrum of genres with her songs: from country ballads and exuberant rockabilly to heavy chansons and sexy blues. Armed with just a guitar and her distinct powerful, dark voice, she is often compared to musicians such as Nina Simone, Jeff Buckley and Marianne Faithfull.
