From Carol King’s gigantic repertoire, And then Came Fall presents a full-length programme. On the setlist: You've Got A Friend, I Feel The Earth Move, (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman, It's Too Late and Locomotion. To thoroughly emphasize King’s influence on pop music, the band will perform the greatest hits ánd some wonderful hidden gems.

Carole King has an impressive resume: four Grammys, 25 solo albums, countless amazing songs and millions records sold worldwide. Back in 1971, she hitted No 1 with her second album Tapestry herself, but King has also written multiple hits for other artists.

From the very first performance of And Then Came Fall, frontwoman Annelies Tanghe has been compared to Carole King, because of her songwriting, her piano music and her vocals. That is probably a little bit to much honour, but the comparison does show that King’s repertoire is in good hands. A fitting tribute to a legendary singer-songwriter.

Press

“All I needed to do was sing with conviction, speaking my truth from the heart, honestly and straightforwardly to the audience, as if it were one collective friend that I’d known for a very long time.” (C. King)
