A safe return
The entire team at 30CC is extremely pleased to welcome you back at our Schouwburg.
All concerts of ‘Zomer van Sint-Pieter’ will be organised in strict accordance with the current corona measures.
With your help, we can make this a successful re-start!
We kindly ask you to follow the guidelines listed below.
Should you have any further questions, you can contact us at 016 300 900.
> change in contact tracing
As of July 2nd, it is no longer required to provide the names and phone numbers for everyone in your company.
In consultation with the official authorities, we only need one contact person per group/bubble. If you bought the tickets, you already provided us with all the necessary contact details.
Should there be potential contamination, you'll have to share the contact information of your company with the tracing authorities.
Buy your ticket in advance
For all concerts, you'll need to buy your ticket(s) in advance.
It is highly recommended to buy them online. This can be done 24/7 following the ticket link for each concert.
Alternatively, you can also buy them
- at 016 300 900, Mondays to Fridays, 10 AM to 4 PM
- at our Ticket desk, Rijschoolstraat 4, Leuven. Only open on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 10 AM to 4 PM
At the Schouwburg, there will be no ticket booth to purchase or collect your ticket(s).
No reserved seat
You cannot make a reservation for a specific seat.
Our colleagues will usher you to your seat at the venue.
Only this way, we can guarantee the correct social distance for all visitors.
If you are wheelchair-bound or you have impaired mobility, partial sight or hearing impairment, then we are happy to provide a special seating arrangement.
Contact our ticket team at 016 300 900 in advance.
We want to assure the correct social distance between visitors and will, therefore, restrict each concert to a maximum of 100 attendees. Also, to allow as many people as possible to attend the festival, we will limit purchases to a maximum of 10 tickets per concert and a maximum of 20 tickets per order.
We kindly ask you to take into consideration the official recommendation to attend only 1 public event per week. Of course, this relies on a personal risk assessment.
'Bubbles' are welcome!
You can attend all concerts in a personal safety 'bubble', consisting of family members or friends.
Please respect the maximum of 10 people, as foreseen in the official safety guidelines.
We can only allow your bubble if you all arrive at the same time.
If you arrive separately, you will remain separated until after you've left the building.
Respect the general safety guidelines
All personal safety recommendations apply:
- Stay home when you're ill.
- Regularly wash your hands with water and soap.
- Respect a safety distance of 1,5 meters.
- Don't shake hands and don't hug when greeting someone.
With some medical conditions, you're considered at risk and need to make a personal risk assessment.
The list of people in high-risk groups includes people who: are over 65, have diabetes, have obesity, have a heart, lung, liver or kidney disease, have cancer or a weak immune system.
Wear a face mask
In Belgium, face masks are compulsory whenever social distancing cannot be guaranteed.
Therefore, we ask you to wear a face mask when arriving at our Schouwburg and keep it until you've been seated.
When you're on your designated seat, you are no longer obliged to wear it but can do so by personal choice.
Of course, you'll need to wear the mask when leaving the venue (until you're out of the building).
Always bring your ticket
Without your ticket, you cannot enter the Schouwburg.
We'll check your tickets at the doors, either printed or as a download on your smartphone.
Is there a problem with your ticket?
Then visit our Ticket desk (Rijschoolstraat 4) before the concert. We're open all concert days, as of 10 AM.
Be on time
We open the doors at 11.30 AM to assure a fluent and safe trajectory through our Schouwburg
Latecomers will be refused entrance to the building.
You need to respect the designated route and markers.
You'll keep a safety distance of 1,5 meters to other visitors and will need to remain in your 'bubble' at all times.
Our colleagues will control the respect of the guidelines and will usher you to your seat.
Beware: you cannot leave your seat until after the concert!
In case of urgency, our colleagues will give the necessary directives to allow you to leave your seat. Afterwards, you will no longer have access to the venue.
Remain seated after the concert
All concerts start at 12.15 and take on average 40 minutes.
After the concert, you'll have to remain seated.
Our colleagues will give the necessary directives to allow a safe exit for all attendees.
Toilets before or after the concert
On the designated routes to and from the hall, several safe toilets are available.
You're asked to follow safety markers and directives of our staff.
Once seated, you can only leave your spot at the end of the concert (in the order determined by our staff).
Carefully consider this.
No cloakroom, no foyer
We strive to avoid all physical contact between the audience and our staff.
Therefore, there will be no cloakroom. You'll need to keep your coat and personal belongings with you at all times.
The foyer will not open. You are only allowed in the hall.
Take care of yourself and the others. Be kind.
