Pianist Liebrecht Vanbeckevoort celebrates a double anniversary this season: 20 years on stage and 40 years young! A musical party in his home town of Leuven is certainly not to be missed.

On the eve of his 40th primavera, he treats us to a sparkling and virtuoso solo recital dedicated to the many Italian connections in the piano repertoire. On this evening, Scarlatti, Busoni and Respighi enter into dialogue with the Italian-inspired repertoire of Bach, Mendelssohn, Brahms and Liszt. The result is a vibrant feast of sound in which musical virtuosity is always at the service of bel canto. Salute!
