We have built a mountain.
Neither the peak nor the valley, but something in between.
A piece of the mountain, in other words.
And on that piece of mountain, we tell its story.
Because the mountain is the central figure.
And people are just passers-by.
Nothing more than walkers-on.
OVERHERE is an evocative, wordless performance held together with rope, tape and cardboard. Those who pull the strings play a supporting role in relation to the scenery, the protagonist, through which they pass from time to time as clumsy yet endearing minor characters.
The show premiered in 2021 and has enabled the troupe to win the Boze Wolf award for best up-and-coming talent in 2022.
