An impressive construction takes centre stage in Kadrage. Thirty wooden frames symbolise an empty canvas, a blank page, a new challenge.
Within the confines of these frames, the actors play all parts which are possible in a lifetime: child, carer, friend, lover, buffoon, prisoner, free person and performer.
Each frame owes its distinct character to the alternation between everyday reality, dream visions and magic realism, thus becoming an individual work of art.
Kadrage is a cross between visual arts, performance and physical theatre.
