Theatre, Music, Classical, Literature
Daytime Show, Free
every half an hour a balcony speech! (until 17.30 h)
This event is free

On Sunday 28th August no cars are allowed at the center of Leuven. The focus is on nice and quiet places in town: for one day, Leuven fullly belongs to its inhabitants, cyclists and pedestrians.

Please, be welcome at the Grand Cafe of 30CC in front of the most beautiful facade of Bondgnotenlaan, Schouwburg, the theatre building. Have a seat and enjoy your drink or snack, in open air.

Every half an hour you hear an inspiring balcony speech. Think of Shakespaere, beatbox, a soprano or a poet.

FactorY, the social artistic workplace of Leuven, invites you to Klein Paris (‘Little Paris’): everyone is welcome to sketch, to stand as a model, or to sell/buy art … All artists, please immortalize the facade of the Schouwburg or the people passing by in a drawing. Visitors might offer you a good price for your artwork.
