The unique ensemble La Roza Enflorese has successfully rendered Sephardic songs for many years, always with an extensive set of instruments from various regions and periods.

In Canso you will travel to the medieval castles of southern France where culture is flourishing like never before and countless troubadours launch a new concept: fin amor or courtly love. In their canso (a song consisting of stanzas), troubadours sing the praises of an idealised dòmna (lady). This refined art form had its origins at the Occitan courts, first spreading across France and subsequently to England and the Low Countries.
