A Journey Through The Past

A Journey Through the Past by LeNoise takes you on a trip down memory lane with the music of Canadian singer-songwriter Neil Young. Special guests include Nathalie Delcroix and Jorunn Bauweraerts from Laïs, and violinist Jeroen Baert, known for his work with Sun*Sun*Sun and The Colorist Orchestra, among others. Jeroen Baert has also performed with artists such as Einstürzende Neubauten, Blixa Bargeld, Howe Gelb and Emilíana Torrini.

With nine musicians on stage, the ensemble draws on Neil Young’s rich body of work, focusing on his more subtle pieces. You can expect beautiful renditions of classics such as Harvest Moon, Old Man and Heart of Gold. Not unplugged, but still intimate. In addition, forgotten gems such as I Believe in You, Running Dry (Requiem for the Rockets) and The Old Laughing Lady are revisited – as if you were sitting around the campfire with Neil himself
