Trisha Brown: In Plain Site
One of the most acclaimed and influential choreographers and dancers of her time, Trisha Brown's groundbreaking work changed the arts landscape forever. She was one of the pioneers of the burgeoning interdisciplinary creativity in 1960s New York. She relentlessly pursued an original and experimental language of movement, including everyday movements - walking, running and jumping - and improvisation. The Trisha Brown Dance Company continues her legacy with In Plain Site.
True to Brown's philosophy, the company presents fragments from her rich repertoire in public spaces - in parks, museums, on public squares.
The company is now bringing some of her iconic choreographies to Leuven. Not to be missed!
Presented by STUK.
