Solutions for the cancelled performances

Is there a new date for the performance I have tickets for? Will the concert I was looking forward to be cancelled altogether? Will my gift voucher expire? An overview!

You will receive a personal email for each affected performance.

  • If there's a new date, you'll get a new ticket. If the date does not suit you, you can ask for a refund.
  • In case of a cancellation, you will get a refund.
  • You can always opt for a 'solidarity ticket' and (partially) decline the refund of your ticket.

WHAT ABOUT MY GIFT VOUCHER?

Is your gift voucher approaching its expiration date and are you temporarily unable to exchange it for a ticket? Send your voucher code (top right) to ticket@30cc.be. Please do so before the expiration date!
Your gift voucher will be prolonged for one year free of charge and you will receive a new voucher code.
