Practical tips
- You will recognise our 80 volunteers by their Leuven beKOORt vest. They will answer all your questions or refer you to the appropriate person, if needed. They also keep everything on track at each stage. Thank you for following their guidelines.
- If a venue is full, don’t worry! Your chosen choir will also perform at a second location.
- You are welcome to stop over at the food trucks at the Olevodroom and Damiaanplein for a sweet treat or choose one of the local restaurants.
- There is a mobile Red Cross post for first aid. In case of an emergency speak to one of our volunteers.
- For lost property, you can go to the information stands at the town hall and on Damiaanplein.
- There will be a free drinking water tap at the Olevodroom. Bring your own drinking bottle.
- Use the waste containers.
- There are sanitary facilities at 30CC/Wagehuys (2), Chapel Romaanse Poort (3), Chapel Holy Trinity College (9), Saint Anthony’s Chapel (11), Chapel Hollands College (16), Chapel Irish College (18), Paridaens Institute (20), STUK café (21) and local restaurants and pubs.
